More Ways You Can Help
The Department of Veterans Affairs estimates around 20 million U.S. veterans in 2019 with thousands returning yearly. Millions are considered at risk of homelessness due to poverty, lack of support networks, and dismal living conditions in overcrowded or substandard housing. A 2018 Veterans Affairs Point-in-Time (PIT) Count estimates nearly 40,000 of those Vets are homeless. There are countless ways to help these veterans, who often return home from war to face their most difficult battles.
Operation Renewed Hope Foundation relies heavily on donations of money, goods and services from individuals and organizations like you. To make a donation, please visit our “Make a Donation” or “Give Goods/Services” page.
We also rely on volunteers to help us provide services to our Veterans, to raise awareness of the plight of so many Veterans experiencing homelessness, to assist with events, and to help us acquire the resources needed to help Veterans suffering from homelessness. If you’d like to volunteer, either on an on-going basis or for individual events or activities, please see our “Volunteer Opportunities” page for volunteer opportunities and instructions for volunteering.
Thank you for supporting our Veterans!
